Through my various experiences through clinicals, simulation, and internship I gained great experience that has increased my overall competency as a nurse. I will always work with my best professionalism striving to always have a positive attitude. I will use my practical knowledge to provide high quality patient-centered care. I will ensure all aspects of patient's needs are met and exceeded. I will always stay up to date on current practices and incorporate new practices as approved and implemented. I will strive to use my clinical judgement and critical thinking skills to problem solve in situations that may be difficult and reach out to nurse leaders as needed for guidance. I will always provide care that is safe and effective practicing proper techniques and following protocol to promote safety for patients and myself. I have strong abilities to collaborate with others and build leadership roles within collaborations and will continue that in the workforce.
